House Rules & Stay Information
- Breakfast is included in the stay and is served every morning from 08:00 to 10:00 in our dedicated dining room.
- If you have food intolerances or specific dietary needs, we kindly ask guests to let us know at the time of booking so we can provide a personalised service.
- The Villa is equipped with fire extinguishers and detection systems in compliance with current regulations, ensuring maximum safety throughout your stay.
- A baby cot is available on request, with a supplement of €15.00 for the entire stay.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the Villa's kitchen is not available for guest use.
- The rate does not include the tourist tax, which will be calculated in accordance with current local regulations.
- Free cancellation up to 20 days before the arrival date. For cancellations between 19 and 1 day before arrival, the deposit will be retained in full.
- The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, equal to 50% of the total stay amount, to be paid by bank transfer.
